Overview: The Human Resources (HR) Manager oversees all HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and other HR strategies that align with the organizational goals. 

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of supervisor experience in addition to four to six years of HR-related experience. The successful candidate has experience with a variety of HR-related duties, such as benefits administration, compliance law, talent acquisition, and other daily HR-related functions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives and enhance employee performance.
  • Advise managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Supervise other members of the HR team, manage employee performance, and develop goals to support department and organizational goals.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Administer performance review systems and support managers in setting clear goals and expectations for employees.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture through employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and labor relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
