What you'll do:

As an Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting company operations through effective office system maintenance and staff supervision. You will lead crucial financial activities such as annual audits, coordination with the finance department on various tasks including payslip preparation, supplier payments, tax filing among others. Your role will also involve managing supplier and client invoices while supporting proposal preparations. You will strive towards achieving financial objectives by scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and proposing corrective actions.

  • Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff
  • Lead activities related to annual financial audits
  • Coordinate with Finance Department for preparation of payslips, supplier payments, payment collections, monthly P&L preparation, tax filing, and other inter company financial activities
  • Review and submit contracts with suppliers
  • Manage invoices of suppliers and clients
  • Support the preparation of proposals to be submitted to clients
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
  • Inform management by reviewing and analysing special reports; summarising information; identifying trends
  • Achieve financial objectives by scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and proposing corrective actions to management

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Office Manager position will hold a degree in Economics/Business Administration or a relevant field. She will bring strong knowledge in office administration and accounting. She will demonstrate the ability to take responsibility for her own competence and career development. Experience interacting with an international community is essential. Familiarity with the SAP system is preferred but not mandatory. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
