Quantity Surveyor (Defence Infrastructure)

Location - Richmond

Contract length - 6-month contract + extensions

Rate - £500 / day (PAYE)

IR35 determination - Inside IR35

Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong NEC Option C contract experience? We at Randstad are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor based on site in the Richmond area. There is the option to work from home one day a week. 

Working as part of a wider commercial team under a Lead QS, you will predominantly manage upstream contract administration with the Client team on an NEC Option C (open book, cost reimbursable) contract.

Duties Include:

• Compilation of cost records and presentation upline to the Client team.
• Managing CEs upstream and downstream.
• Administering contract elements (EWs, CEs, PMIs, etc.).
• Reviewing and agreeing CE records with the Client QS team.
• Assisting with monthly valuations.

What You Need:

• Proven experience at QS level.
• CSCS card.
• Willingness to work on site 4-days a week.
