About the Brand Manager (FMCG) Role:
The role is responsible for the development and implementation of the integrated marketing strategy towards achieving sales objectives, profit margin, and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate marketing strategies to maintain and build brand awareness to drive business growth
  • Be responsible for overall brand positioning and manage all products launches and marketing activities
  • Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts and increasing profitability
  • Oversee current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products development
  • Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, etc.
  • Works with the marketing team to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
  • Creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
  • Communicate with various stakeholders to help marketing projects come to fruition
  • Initiate distinctive tactical promotion and activation for different channels
  • Provide accurate input into different analysis and reports

To succeed in this Brand Manager (FMCG) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with the marketing team.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing management or other related qualifications
  • Minimum of three to five years of work experience in the FMCG industry
  • Preferably with proven experience in developing and implementing effective and integrated brand plans
  • Understands marketing concepts, finance and business management and inter-relationships between these disciplines
  • High level of exposure in brand marketing culture with in-depth knowledge of brand management tools and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in written and spoken English
