About the Controlling Manager Role:
Reporting to the Head of Finance Manager, your role will encompass financial planning, management reporting and financial reporting. You will be required to strike a balance between enforcing governance standards and fostering business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the financial performance management cycle, including coordinating and influencing all of the relevant stakeholders, rolling forecast and target setting
• Preparing monthly management reports on business and financial matters
• Driving process improvements and automation projects
• Business partners the relevant stakeholders in providing financial insights and providing advice in driving business growth

To succeed in this Controlling Manager role, you must have strong leadership skills that enable you to lead your team and influence the other departments.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
• Minimum of 10 years' total working experience in a mix of external audit and MNCs
• Detail-oriented and ability to business partner the senior management to spur the growth of the company
• Strong communication skills and a demonstrated commercial mindset are highly valued
