Our client in Huntingdon is currently looking for Data Interrogation Team member.
• Salary is equivalent to £23,195 PA
• Full time, 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday
• Start date - 26th February (must be able to start on this date as this role has set training)
• Role is based in Huntingdon, with a 2 week training period
• Role will be office based
• Initial 12 week contract which will then be reviewed
Reporting to the Data Interrogation Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for the day to day investigation of accounts within our void and debt recovery processes, ensuring that accurate data is held, to aid the process of collecting revenue from the correct people. You’ll remain compliant with company procedures and standards, and all regulatory requirements.
This role will require investigation of data through varied technologies to trace customers and update SAP to reflect these changes.
Within this exciting role you’ll use appropriate tools to trace customers and contact methods available to boost contact, whilst using Lean approaches to continually improve and streamline working methods. You’ll complete data entry and make decisions on appropriate action to take on accounts based on evidence found.
