Job Title: SAP Solution Architect (2 positions available)
Contract: Initial 6-month contract with possible extensions
Location: Brisbane CBD, 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH

Position Overview
An SAP Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP modules, architecture, and integration capabilities. The SAP Architect collaborates with stakeholders to define requirements, develop solutions, and oversee the execution of SAP projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Architecture: Develop comprehensive SAP system architectures that meet business needs and technical requirements.
- Implementation: Lead the deployment of SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Customisation: Customise SAP modules to enhance functionality and support specific business processes.
- Performance Optimisation: Monitor and optimise the performance of SAP systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver effective SAP solutions.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and technical staff to Maximise the benefits of SAP systems.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure SAP systems adhere to industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Extensive experience with SAP modules and architecture.
- Proven track record of successful SAP implementations.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how to integrate them with SAP solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in SAP systems e.g., SAP S/4HANA: FICO/AA, MM, EAM/MoC, EHS); SuccessFactors (EC, Onboarding, Recruiting, LMS, PMGM, Compensation); ECP Payroll; Concur.
- Expertise in SAP system integration and middleware technologies (BTP, SCI/SCPI, etc).
- Expertise in SAP system integration and middleware technologies.
- Strong knowledge of database management and Optimisation.
- Ability to develop and implement complex SAP solutions.
- Proficiency in system performance tuning and troubleshooting.
