We are looking for an HR & Operations Manager to support the expansion of an international retail group active in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Following a recent acquisition, the organization is being rebuilt and aims to double its presence by 2030. You will join an HR team of 3 people and report directly to the General Manager.
Your responsibilities as HR & Operations Manager
Human Resources & Social Relations

Define and implement a structured HR policy adapted to future growth.

Manage social relations (Belgium & Luxembourg) and act as the main contact with social partners.

Develop and monitor social KPIs (absenteeism, performance, etc.).

Support recruitment and onboarding processes.

Implement and monitor internal communication.
Operations & Facilities

Oversee insurance and building management.

Handle administrative tasks related to stores and provide support to management.

Contribute to social cost control and process optimization.
Profile of the HR & Operations Manager

At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.

Solid knowledge of Belgian labor law (Luxembourg is a plus).

Fluent in both Dutch and French.

Ability to work independently, with both a strategic and operational approach.
