Office & Administration Officer (2312542) Brussels, Belgium

Salary: EUR2600 - EUR3800 per month

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Office & Administration Officer to join our client located in the heart of Brussels. Our client is an advisory firm that operates with many sectors. You will join a team of 14 ppl in the Brussels Office. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting various aspects of the business. As Office & Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, event management, and office tasks.
This job can be Part-Time or Full-Time (Min 3/5).



Key Responsibilities and Activities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence, ensuring appropriate routing.
  • Welcome and notify the team of guests and visitors, ensuring a warm reception.
  • Oversee general office administration, including meeting room management, lunch orders, and office supplies.
  • Plan, organize, and execute company events (budget, catering,..).
  • Assist with the management of the Brussels office manager's agenda.

 



Skills Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, French, and/or Dutch. (English is the main language spoken).
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible, ready to take initiative, and unafraid to handle challenges.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in escalating matters when necessary.
  • A first experience in a similar function.
