We're currently hiring a Senior Store Returns Project Manager for one of the key sports retailers, based in Hilverum.
Senior Store Returns Project Manager - Key responsibilities:
- Ensure operational excellence in Nike systems to meet financial and strategic goals.
- Apply analytical and critical thinking to deliver on Nike’s Consumer Promise (Service, Convenience, Sustainability, Profitability).
- Drive scalable process improvements in Reverse Logistics.
- Provide subject matter expertise on end-to-end supply chain and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Senior Store Returns Project Manager - Key qualifications:
- Proven experience in Supply Chain/Retail with a consumer-centric mindset and increasing responsibility over time.
- Track record of leading medium-to-large cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex issues and influence senior stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and relationship building.
- Advanced analytical skills: KPI management, root cause analysis, scenario planning, and data visualization.
- Mandatory experience in retail/apparel industry.
