About the CI & HSE Manager (Mojokerto) Role:
Reporting to the Plant Div Head, you will oversee daily plant operations from production and manufacturing and ensure standards and procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive TPM and shop floor excellence activities
- Coordinate and roll out continuous activities
- Lead and monitor safety policy implementation on all plant activities
- Organise procedures and documentation within CI and safety dept, complying with ISO 9001
- Closely coordinate with OE Manager and safety pillar
To succeed in this role, you must have knowledge in operational manufacturing and project management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering/mechanical engineering
- Minimum of four years in operational excellence in a manufacturing company
- Proven experience in TPM manufacturing deployment and leadership with progressive technical experience
- Knowledgeable in TPM implementation, ISO-9001 management systems, safety management systems (SMK3), CI knowledge (LSS, SGA, Kaizen)
- High integrity, TOT experience, systems-driven, conceptual and analytical thinking
