IT Alliance Resourcing is currently recruiting several Technical Support Engineers (Level 1, 2 & 3 Support) for a number of clients located in Dublin on 3–6-month contracts. Fully onsite in Dublin.
In general, the IT Support role is primarily responsible for resolving events and incidents/requests as they come into Tech Support. The role will see tickets and events triaged and assigned to level 1, 2 and 3 groups. The role will be responsible for ensuring all Configuration Items are monitored.
The Tech Support team goal is to develop a strong knowledge based technical support team and drive customer satisfaction via increased resolutions at first point of contact.
The Role, Experience/Skills & Key Responsibilities Required:
- Azure AD, On-prem AD, O365 admin- Admin work on user account, licence, and reviews
- Providing Troubleshooting hardware/software- Support end users and troubleshooting ticket and front facing queries.
- Provide basic PC installations and configuration tasks & Imaging / deploying laptop and mobile phone IOS devices.
- Respond to IT requests from all emails, portal, and telephone within the agreed targets.
- Other duties in support of the Service Desk, as assigned by the Service Manager.
