Search Recruitment Group is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our established Sales division in Edinburgh, specialising in B2B and B2C recruitment.

This opportunity offers an established, warm recruitment desk with a substantial existing client base, ongoing business opportunities, and significant potential for further growth.

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who can capitalise on these established relationships, maximise existing business and identify new opportunities across the B2B and B2C sales markets.
For the right individual, this is an opportunity to take ownership of an established market, develop a high-performing desk and play a key role in the continued growth of our Edinburgh business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop an established recruitment desk specialising in B2B and B2C sales positions.
- Maximise opportunities with an existing portfolio of clients, strengthening relationships and increasing revenue.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Manage the full 360 recruitment life cycle, from client engagement and vacancy qualification through to successful placement.
- Source, attract and engage high-calibre sales professionals across a range of industries.
- Provide consultative recruitment solutions, developing long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.
- Consistently deliver against individual billing targets while contributing to the wider success of the division.

About You

We are looking for an established Recruitment Consultant who can demonstrate:

- A proven track record of success within agency recruitment, ideally within a 360 recruitment environment.
- Strong business development skills and experience managing and growing client accounts.
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to identify opportunities and maximise revenue from existing relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- A proactive, ambitious, and results-driven approach, with the confidence to take ownership of an established desk.
- The motivation to further develop your market, increase your earning potential and progress professionally.

Previous experience recruiting within the Sales sector would be an advantage, although we welcome applications from successful recruiters across other specialist markets.
