Dexus is currently in the midst of an exciting period of growth and looking for a motivated and proactive Senior Compliance Manager to join our fast-paced Compliance team over a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
Reporting to the Head Compliance, this Senior Compliance Manager will develop, implement, manage and maintain the Group’s compliance strategy as it relates to Financial Services, primarily AFSL and Registered Managed Investments Scheme (MIS) activities and compliance training programs. The role will also be responsible for assessing, evaluating, updating and developing compliance plans, policies, procedures and frameworks which support the appropriate identification, measurement and control of financial services related compliance obligations.
We are looking for a strong communicator who has excellent attention to detail and understands ASIC regulatory guides as well as general working knowledge of the Corporation’s Act, AML/CTF laws and regulations, ASX Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations as well as privacy laws and real estate licensing requirements. You will have worked in a large ASX listed corporate with a minimum of 5 years in compliance role in the financial services or property industry. Ideally you will be degree qualified and have experience with AFSLs and/or MISs although this is not a must. Over your career you will have developed a real knack for building relationships within an advisory capacity, enabling you to manage, influence and negotiate at any level, with ease. You will also be quite a self-reliant problem solver who is tech savvy by nature and is looking for a fast-paced organisation to thrive in.
