About the role
This role is responsible for driving Cisco Digital Resilience across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland, focusing on Enterprise, Commercial, and SMB segments, in close collaboration with local Partner Success Manager teams in each country and a Nordic specialist team. The role builds bridges between central EMEA strategies and local execution, ensuring consistent delivery toward mutual goals with Cisco and partners. Work is hybrid, with regional travel to partners and Cisco offices as required. For this role, we are looking for a person based in Sweden. Travel would be a part of the job.
What you will do
Create and execute regional go-to-market plans for Digital Resilience, advancing security, observability, and assurance, in line with “One Cisco”
Drive pipeline, portfolio adoption, and profitability across the Cisco portfolio together with local Partner Success Managers, focusing on measurable KPIs and ROI
Ensure local execution of EMEA initiatives and report results to Specialist Sales Director and the central Comstor Digital Resilience team
Strengthen partner capability through programs and playbooks (Lifecycle, Managed Services, SMB, Cisco 360) via close collaboration with Center of Excellence and PSM roles
Secure solution selling: qualify use cases, position end-to-end solutions, and close deals through cross-architectural value arguments
What makes you a fit
5+ years of experience in solution selling in the partner channel within IT/vendor/distribution, preferably in the Cisco ecosystem
Documented success in vendor-/partner-facing roles focusing on portfolio growth, preferably within the Cisco ecosystem
Ability to translate central strategies into local results, including steering via KPIs, dashboards, and business plans
Good understanding of Digital Resilience: how security, observability, and network assurance combine to prevent, detect, and address risks in hyper-distributed environments
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation in a matrix organization involving sales, technical, marketing, and vendor leads
Meritorious: experience with Lifecycle Selling, Managed Services models, and partner programs like Cisco 360
Tools you master
Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Cisco PXP, CCW, Tableau/DMP, and collaboration in Webex

University degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in vendor-/partner-facing roles with a focus on portfolio growth
