About the client
Our client is looking for an ABA Tutor for their Specialist Schools for children with SEMH, ASD & Learning Difficulties in London. This is a permanent, full-time position paying £21,000 - £26,000.
They specialises in early intervention for children with Learning Difficulties, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental health issues), Autism and Related Developmental Disorders.

Candidate expectations
- Applicants must be physically, mentally and emotionally prepared for a challenging career experience.
- Must be bright, energetic individuals with a strong desire to work with young children, and with an interest in being trained in, the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis.
- Must be prepared to work in a variety of setting (clinic, home, and school)
- Must be prepared to complete the RBT 40 hours online training we provide.
- Must be prepared to complete all the safeguarding and health & safety training.
- Must follow all the safeguarding, & our health and safety procedures and policies.
- NOT been convicted of any criminal offence, received cautions or written warnings spent or otherwise (the post is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act).
- You are eligible to work in the UK (we do not provide tier 2 sponsorship working visa)
Key requirements

Candidates with NVQ Level 2 or above in childcare or experienced working with children as LSAs will be preferred.
Salary
The Salary starts from £21,000 increasing up to £26,000 depending on performance and mastered skills.
