The Role
- Advertising and managing role specific talent pools
- Candidate management through the recruitment process
- Collection and storage of pre-recruitment documentation
- Conducting interviews and reference checks
- Database maintenance including updating of candidate's progress
- Ongoing communication and engagement with key stakeholders
- Compliance to the businesses recruitment process
- Formal weekly reporting and issue escalation
- Talent pool activities
- Development of role specific sourcing strategies
