Due to their year on year success, they're looking for a dynamic Moll Operator to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Machine Configuration: Align and calibrate the Moll line as per the specifications.
  • Speed Adjustment: Balance speed with job complexity and material type.
  • Glue Selection: Choose compatible hot glue and peelable adhesives.
  • Temperature Control: Maintain proper glue temperature.
  • Application Maintenance: Keep the glue application system clean and functioning.
  • Alignment: Use guides and sensors for straight material feeding.
  • Calibration: Regularly ensure consistent glue application.
  • Inspection: Implement real-time visual inspection systems.
  • Data Management: Use a system that handles variable data for printing and application.
  • Software Integration: Ensure seamless communication between Moll line software and data systems.

 

 

Work Schedule:

  • Shifts available:
    • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 6am - 6pm
    • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 6pm - 6am
    • Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 6am - 6pm
