My client is a well-established, beverage manufacturer based in the Leeming Bar area. Based across their site, they have seen impressive growth year on year, with further growth plans for 2022 and 2023! They work with brand name companies that supply most retailers in the UK. An opportunity has arisen for a number of FLT Operatives to join their team on a long-term basis.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Duties:
- Working with computer-based machinery
- Moving finished pallets into the correct locations
- Working in a fast-paced production environment
- Fulfil and complete all procedural requirements and paperwork to a high standard
- Assist in cleaning working environment during job changes
- To undertake additional training as required
- Effectively communicate and liaise with shift managers and co-workers
- Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
Role Requirements:
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- Must be consistent in keeping your work area tidy
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending on season
- Communicates effectively on all levels
- Comfortable using computer systems
- The ability to follow strict processes
- Professional attitude to work
- A willingness to learn and progress
- Able to work with own initiative
