Our client is a well-established, multi-site, food manufacturer based in the heart of North Yorkshire. Based across their sites, they have seen impressive growth year on year. They supply their products into brand named manufacturers that supplies most retailers in the UK. An opportunity for a number of Production Operatives to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis at their Brompton site
This opportunity as a Production Operative, gives you the chance to work with one of the most successful food manufacturers in the region.
As a Production Operative, you will join on a 7am till 3:30pm
Production Operative Duties:
- Working in a food manufacturing environment
- Lifting very heavy objects
- Performing repetitive tasks for whole shift
- Handling of meat products
- Standing for a long period of time
- Bending to below knee level to perform required task
- Setting up machinery (Training Provided)
- Working in an environment which handles powder based and wet ingredients, which containing allergens
- Operating hand trigger Pressure washers
Production Operative Role Requirements:
- Experience of working in a food manufacturing environment
- Must be punctual
- Experience of working to targets
- Communicates effectively on all levels
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
- High attention to detail
- The ability to follow a process
- Professional attitude to work
- Able to work with own initiative
