A world-renowned manufacturing group is seeking a highly capable Senior Quality Engineer to join their dynamic Quality team. This is a rare opportunity to work with a leading global organisation and play a pivotal role in driving quality performance across a high-performing operation.

The role is ideally suited to an experienced Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer from an engineered product or complex manufacturing background.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the Quality team in upholding the highest product standards across all areas of the business
- Play an active role in the successful delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects—from initial development through to production and customer launch
- Collaborate with customers and suppliers to gather technical requirements and ensure their effective integration into manufacturing processes
- Assist in the assessment of process and equipment capability to maintain consistent product quality
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, legal, and customer-specific standards throughout the product lifecycle
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of accurate and comprehensive quality documentation.
- Engage with customers to investigate and resolve quality concerns, from supply chain issues to post-delivery support.
- Promote a proactive quality culture focused on defect prevention and waste reduction.
- Support the implementation of robust corrective action processes to eliminate recurring issues and prevent cross-product impact.
- Work closely with Quality and Technical teams to enhance internal communication and ensure effective sharing of quality concerns and resolutions.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, driving operational excellence across all departments
Requirements
- Previous experience of working in a quality engineering role.
- Experience of working with: PPAP/APQP, IPC
- Good working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, AS9100
- Excellent problem-solving skills
