£46,330 (Rotating schedule of three weeks of 12-hour shifts (days and nights), followed by one week of daytime shifts, with on-call duty one week in every five.

Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Set Priorities: Follow guidance from shift production teams to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Conduct Maintenance: Execute breakdown maintenance and carry out planned preventative maintenance to optimize machine availability and performance.
- Engage in Projects: Play a significant role in project development, installation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance: Guarantee the safe operation of all plant and equipment, adhering strictly to Health & Safety requirements.
- Minimize Downtime: React swiftly to minimize machine downtime while balancing proactive maintenance activities.
- Integrate Processes: Utilize your understanding of the manufacturing process to seamlessly integrate engineering efforts with production personnel.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:-
Experience with the following is desirable, but not essential as in house training will be provided:
- PLC Systems (preferably Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi)
- Instrumentation Systems (Thermocouples, level control, Loop Control)
- Inverter drive control
- Gas Burner Control Systems
- 3-phase Overhead Crane Systems
- General fault finding & diagnostics skills
