Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and key deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Oversee project timelines, proactively managing milestones to maintain schedule adherence.
  • Implement cost control strategies to keep the project within budget while upholding quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders to capture needs, expectations, and potential constraints.
  • Track project progress with regular status updates, identifying and mitigating risks through proactive adjustments.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive collaboration, resolve issues, and keep all stakeholders aligned on project goals.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:-

  • Extensive experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering equipment installations in production facilities.
  • Proven leadership in team management, fostering collaboration and driving project success.
  • Expertise in cost control methodologies and tools to ensure projects remain within budget without compromising quality.
  • Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, ensuring all stakeholder needs are thoroughly identified, documented, and addressed.
