Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and key deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee project timelines, proactively managing milestones to maintain schedule adherence.
- Implement cost control strategies to keep the project within budget while upholding quality standards.
- Conduct thorough requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders to capture needs, expectations, and potential constraints.
- Track project progress with regular status updates, identifying and mitigating risks through proactive adjustments.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive collaboration, resolve issues, and keep all stakeholders aligned on project goals.
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:-
- Extensive experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering equipment installations in production facilities.
- Proven leadership in team management, fostering collaboration and driving project success.
- Expertise in cost control methodologies and tools to ensure projects remain within budget without compromising quality.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, ensuring all stakeholder needs are thoroughly identified, documented, and addressed.
