Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and process purchase orders efficiently.
  • Manage assigned customer accounts, including order processing, enquiries, outbound calls, quotations, and complaint resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate customer data to ensure system and administrative integrity.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics to meet customer expectations.
  • Work closely with Internal Sales and Business Development teams to support growth.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to enhance department performance.
  • Deputise for the Customer Service Supervisor at Operations meetings when required.
  • Promote and uphold Health & Safety standards within the department

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Relevant experience in customer service or internal sales role.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
  • High level of attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent understanding of delivering outstanding Customer service.
  • Process-driven and great attention to detail.
  • High-level focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
