Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead their team and drive the company's growth. This pivotal role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with the company's goals and objectives, driving revenue growth, cultivating relationships with clients, and fostering a strong sales force. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within a similar industry, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to analyse market trends and provide insights.

What you'll do:
As the Head of Sales, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the team to achieve the company's goals. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's objectives, driving revenue growth. Your role will involve managing all sales channels and regions. You will also be responsible for building long-term relationships with industry influencers, key strategic partners, customers, as well as managing project pipelines and developing new business opportunities.
* Developing and implementing sales strategies including overseeing pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and distribution agreements
* Setting sales targets and monitoring performance across all channels and regions
* Managing and motivating the Sales team to foster a successful and positive team environment
* Building and developing customer relationships across both MT & GT channels in the Vietnam market
* Analysing market trends and competitor activities for informed sales decision-making
* Collaborating with relevant teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and product launches
