We are currently recruiting for a Quality Tester / General Operative to join our client's team in Stockton-on-Tees.

Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

The role includes:

Inspecting and testing returned lawn mower parts/equipment.
Carrying out rework and basic repairs, which may include changing plugs and other components.
Fault finding and identifying issues with returned products.
Fixing faults where possible and ensuring products meet the required quality standards.
Re-palletising products ready for storage or dispatch.
Accurately recording test results, faults and rework information using computer systems.
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area.
Working as part of a team to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.

Candidate:

Excellent computer skills and confidence using computer systems to record and retrieve information.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify faults or quality issues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good mechanical aptitude and confidence using basic hand tools.
A logical and methodical approach to fault finding and problem solving.
The ability to follow technical instructions and work to set procedures.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A reliable and flexible attitude.
The ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
