 As a Lead Operational Excellence, your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering closely with the Site Head to identify and implement Operational Excellence initiatives and support the deployment of the Hoshin Kanri methodology across the site.
  • Collaborating with the Technical, Supply Chain, Production and Quality departments to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of operational processes.
  • Working closely with global teams to coordinate improvement projects, share best practices and drive operational excellence initiatives across the organization.
  • Leading and supporting continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Analyzing operational performance data to identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency gains.
  • Ensuring the effective management and utilization of reporting and performance monitoring tools, including:
    • OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) reporting through Leancure;
    • The Daily Management System (Fabriq).
  • Training and coaching employees on Operational Excellence methodologies, tools and best practices.


About you:

  • You hold a degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Production Engineering or equivalent). A specialization or certification in Continuous Improvement is considered a strong asset.
  • You have 5 to 8 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or Industrial Process Optimization within a manufacturing environment.
  • You possess strong expertise in Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools, including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, 8D, FMEA and DMAIC.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build trusted relationships based on mutual respect.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and can translate complex data into actionable recommendations to improve operational performance and workflows.
  • You are autonomous, proactive and passionate about driving positive change and supporting teams throughout the transformation process.
  • You are fluent in both French and English.
