Industrial Cleaner – Immediate Start (Building Sites)

We are currently recruiting for Industrial Cleaners to work on busy building and construction sites, carrying out cleaning duties following building and refurbishment work. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health and safety, and attention to detail. Candidates must hold a valid CSCS card and be comfortable working in a construction site environment.

Job Details:

• Carrying out cleans on construction sites
• Removing dust, debris and general construction waste
• Cleaning newly built and refurbished areas to a high standard
• Ensuring all work areas are left clean, tidy and presentable
• Following site rules, procedures and Health & Safety requirements
• Working alongside other cleaners and site personnel

Pay Rate: To be confirmed

Shift Pattern:

• Monday–Friday
• 07:00 – 16:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out general industrial and construction site cleaning duties
• Cleaning floors, surfaces, windows, fixtures and fittings
• Removing plaster, paint marks, dust and other building residue where required
• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping designated areas
• Safely collecting and disposing of general construction waste
• Using cleaning equipment and products correctly and safely
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Reporting any hazards, damages or safety concerns to site management
• Working efficiently to meet site cleaning deadlines and required standards

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card is essential
• Previous cleaning, industrial cleaning or construction experience desirable
• Experience working on building or construction sites advantageous
• Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
• Ability to carry out physically demanding cleaning duties
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to follow instructions and site procedures
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00
