Description

Rsponsibilities:

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across departments to comprehend user problems and needs, crafting achievable requirements for development teams.
  • Cultivating a deep understanding of customer experience, identifying and addressing product gaps, and conceiving new ideas to enhance market share, elevate customer experience, and stimulate growth.
  • Collaborating with product owners, engineering, and design teams to execute the product roadmap.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to establish the product vision and corresponding roadmap.
  • Working alongside product owners and tech leads to formulate crucial user stories.
  • Collaborating with designers to articulate and develop UI/UX designs for projects.
  • Creating prototypes with designers to validate customer needs and user experience.
  • Developing wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes with designers to breathe life into user stories.
  • Crafting high-fidelity user interfaces consistent with existing design styles in collaboration with designers.
  • Facilitating and contributing to decisions regarding high-level technical architecture with engineers.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Data Analysts to assess, measure, and enhance the impact of implemented features and their design, utilizing metrics such as conversions, revenue, and churn.
  • Leading and enhancing product process efficiencies, driving organization-wide improvements.
  • Demonstrating openness and adaptability in managing and nurturing any given product line in alignment with business priorities.

Expectations:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or equivalent roles.
  • Native-level fluency in Japanese (written and verbal), Conversational English
  • For candidates in Japan, possession of a valid working visa for more than six months.
