Litter Picker – Temporary Ongoing Role

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Contract: Temporary Ongoing

Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Litter Picker to work around industrial waste facilities. This is an outdoor role involving litter picking and general site cleanliness duties to help maintain a safe and tidy working environment.

Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, as this role will be carried out outside throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Litter picking across the site and surrounding areas
• Maintaining site cleanliness and housekeeping standards
• Assisting with general outdoor duties as required
• Ensuring waste is collected and disposed of appropriately
• Following all site health and safety procedures

Key Requirements

• Previous outdoor working experience is preferred
• Own transport is essential due to the rural location of the site and limited public transport access
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
