FLT Driver - Halesfield

The Best Connection are currently recruiting experienced FLT Drivers for a well-established and growing client based in the Halesfield area.

Pay Rate

• Starting from £12.71 per hour
• Pay increase from 1st April
• Additional pay increase upon successful completion of training

Working Hours

• 12-hour shifts
• Days and nights available, depending on business requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Transporting products between multiple company sites
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving stock and materials across site
• Completing daily vehicle checks and following health and safety procedures
• Supporting warehouse operations where required

Requirements

• Valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous FLT experience within a busy warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating day and night basis
• Own transport is essential due to travelling between sites
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
