We are currently recruiting Dispatch Operatives to join a well-established food production site in Bridgwater (TA6). This role involves working in a chilled warehouse environment and offers consistent hours, competitive weekend rates, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful trial period.

Available Shift Patterns

Morning Shift – 06:00–14:30

• Rest Days: Wednesday & Thursday
• Rest Days: Friday & Saturday
• Rest Days: Thursday & Friday
• Rest Days: Tuesday & Wednesday

Afternoon Shift – 14:00–22:30

• Rest Days: Wednesday & Thursday
• Rest Days: Thursday & Friday

Night Shift – 22:00–06:30

• Rest Days: Friday & Sunday

Pay Rates

Monday – Friday

• Days: £12.71 per hour
• Nights: £15.63 per hour

Weekend Premium Rates

• Saturday Days: £15.89 per hour
• Saturday Nights: £18.81 per hour
• Sunday Days: £19.06 per hour
• Sunday Nights: £21.99 per hour

Overtime (over 40 hours)

• Days: £19.06 per hour
• Nights: £21.99 per hour
