We are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for a prestigious client based in Bridgwater.

This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers looking for ongoing, reliable work delivering milk to retail stores. The role involves caged deliveries with a small amount of multidrop, typically to a handful of stores per shift

Rates of Pay

Day Shift (04:00 – 18:00)

• Monday to Friday: £16.57 per hour
• Saturday: £18.55 per hour
• Sunday & Bank Holidays: £24.48 per hour

Night Shift (18:00 – 04:00)

• Monday to Friday: £18.88 per hour
• Saturday: £21.14 per hour
• Sunday & Bank Holidays: £27.94 per hour

Job Description

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be delivering milk to retail stores. You'll be responsible for ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time while maintaining excellent driving standards.

This role involves:

• Delivering milk to retail stores.
• Caged deliveries.
• A small number of store drops per shift.
• Following all transport and road safety regulations.
• Working with a modern, well-maintained fleet.

Shift Times

• Early AM or Late PM starts available
• Shifts available Monday to Sunday
• Ongoing work
• Flexible shift patterns
• Immediate starts

• Valid UK Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence
• Valid CPC Qualification Card
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Good understanding of Drivers' Hours and Working Time Regulations
