Location: Fradley Park, Lichfield
Pay: £15.77 – £17.82 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance)
Shift Pattern: 3-Shift Rotation (Weekly Rotation) NO STATIC SHIFT

• Days: 06:00 – 14:00 (£15.77 per hour)
• Afternoons: 14:00 – 22:00 (£15.77 per hour)
• Nights: 22:00 – 06:00 (£17.82 per hour)
  Break: 33-minute unpaid break
  Start of working week: Saturday

Job Role – Automotive Production Operative (Automotive Manufacturing Industry)

As an Automotive Production Operative in Fradley Park, Lichfield, you will be working within a modern production facility within the automotive manufacturing industry, assembling interior vehicle components such as doors and dashboards using hand and power tools while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on a fast-paced automotive production line
• Assembling interior automotive units (doors, dashboards, trim components)
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Carrying out quality control checks on finished products
• Following production instructions and specifications
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Supporting general production duties as required

Requirements

• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude
• Willingness to work a rotating shift pattern (days, afternoons, nights)
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Own transport due to location and shift patterns
