Digital Training Specialist (2022-1347) Gothenburg, Sweden
We are looking for a Digital Training Specialist to join our team in Gothenburg. You will be a part of our training team and create high-quality digital training solutions and instructional material for people using our products. As a Digital Training Specialist, you will collaborate closely with different departments within the company and external partners to make learning paths and transform complex solutions and technical material into easy-to-grasp interactive packages with an eye for design and detail.
The team consists of six people, and you will report to the Manager of Corporate Development.
Core responsibilities:
- Analyze, Develop, Design, Implement and Evaluate Digital Training Resources for TMHLS
- Communicate updates to stakeholders
- Support the identification of competence requirements and develop training strategies
