7.5T Multi-Drop Delivery Driver

Pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday | Start time 05:30
Contract Type: Ongoing Temporary Assignment

The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting for an experienced 7.5T Delivery Driver to join our client delivering catering equipment to customers within a 60-mile radius.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver looking for regular weekday work with no heavy lifting and no weekend work.

The Role

As a 7.5T Multi-Drop Driver, you will be responsible for delivering catering equipment safely and efficiently to customers.

• Multi-drop deliveries within a 60-mile radius
• Delivering catering equipment to businesses and customers
• Approximately 10-hour shifts
• 1-hour unpaid break
• No heavy lifting required
• Completing vehicle checks and relevant paperwork
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
• Overtime paid at 1.5x after 45 paid hours.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Start time: 05:30
• Approximately 10-hour shifts
• 1-hour unpaid break
• No weekends

Pay

• £14.00 per hour.
• Overtime: £21.00 per hour after 45 hours.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Minimum 6 month's commercial 7.5T driving experience.
• Valid C1 / 7.5T driving licence
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Good understanding of driver's hours regulations
• Reliable and professional attitude
• Good customer service skills
