Level 4 & 5 Foundation School Lecturer

Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Level 4 & 5 Foundation School Lecturer to join a well-established university in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Higher Education professional to deliver high-quality teaching and support students studying on Foundation programmes as they progress into undergraduate study.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, proven experience teaching within UK Higher Education, and a passion for helping learners develop the academic knowledge and confidence required for university success.

About the Role

• Deliver engaging teaching across Level 4 and Level 5 Foundation programmes.
• Prepare, assess, and provide constructive feedback on coursework and assessments.
• Support student progression through academic guidance, tutoring, and pastoral support.
• Contribute to curriculum development and wider departmental activities.

What We Are Looking For

• A Master's degree in a relevant subject area.
• A recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, PGCHE, or HEA Fellowship.
• A minimum of two years' UK Higher Education teaching experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding student experience.
