This is far more than a standard lecturing position- you will have the autonomy and influence to design, build, and establish a flagship Electrical Installation provision.
The Role
- Lead the planning, development, and delivery of the Electrical Installation curriculum (Level 3 and below)
- Take ownership of designing and equipping new workshops, ensuring industry relevance and excellence
- Build the course profile, reputation, and student engagement from the ground up
- Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment to learners
- Contribute to long-term strategic growth within the department
Requirements
- Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification (or equivalent)
- Teaching qualification (or working towards)
- Proven teaching experience in Electrical Installation
- Strong industry background and up-to-date sector knowledge
- Passion for curriculum innovation and learner success
