Engineering Lecturer

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Lecturer to join an FE College in Norwich on a full-time, temporary basis for the remainder of the Christmas term.

The role will involve supporting Level 2 students across Engineering, Turning, Milling and CNC. This is an excellent opportunity for an industry-experienced professional or an experienced lecturer to share their technical knowledge and help students develop their practical engineering skills.

You will be providing cover until a permanent member of staff joins the college in January, making this an ideal opportunity for someone available to start immediately.

What we are looking for

• Experience in Engineering, including Turning, Milling and CNC.
• The ability to support and develop Level 2 students in their practical and technical learning.
• Strong workshop skills and a good understanding of engineering processes.
• The ability to engage students and maintain a positive learning environment.
