Engineering Lecturer

Location: North London

Salary: £45-50 per hour

Contract: Long-Term Temporary

About the Role

• Deliver engaging theory and practical Engineering lessons across BTEC Levels 1–3.
• Teach core engineering principles and practical workshop skills in a safe, industry-standard environment.
• Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students to achieve their qualifications.
• Maintain workshop equipment and ensure all activities are carried out in line with health and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For

• A Level 3 qualification or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Recent industry experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong workshop experience with the ability to demonstrate practical engineering techniques.
• A recognised teaching qualification is desirable, although support may be available for industry professionals looking to move into education.
