About the Role

We are working with a well-established Further Education College in Worthing that is looking to appoint an experienced Welding Lecturer to join their Engineering department on a long-term temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an industry professional or experienced lecturer to deliver engaging practical and theory-based lessons across Level 1-3 Welding and Fabrication programmes.

What we are looking for

• Level 3 qualification or above in Welding, Fabrication or a related Engineering discipline.
• Experience teaching Welding within Further Education or delivering industry training. A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Strong practical knowledge of MIG, TIG and MMA welding processes, with the ability to deliver both workshop and classroom sessions.
• Passionate about supporting learners to achieve their qualifications and progress within the engineering industry.
