They are currently looking to recruit a junior commercial property solicitor to join their top-tier team—an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a busy and ambitious department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, refinancing, development projects, and more.
• Collaborating on high-value transactions as part of a team, while also taking ownership of individual files where appropriate.
• Participating in business development initiatives, client seminars, and networking events.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
