An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join a fast-growing international law firm with a significant and expanding presence across the South East. Offering some of the highest-quality corporate work in Southampton, this role provides exposure to complex M&A, private equity, MBOs/MBIs, joint ventures, restructures and wider corporate advisory matters, alongside opportunities to work on AIM flotations and public company transactions.

The team advises an impressive client base ranging from fast-growth start-ups to listed and international businesses. It is recognised for its involvement in many of the region’s most prominent deals. Despite the calibre of work, the culture is genuinely collegiate, supportive and entrepreneurial, with many lawyers having joined from leading City and national firms.
