An excellent opportunity has arisen for a mid-to-senior level Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded team recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers for the quality of its Corporate and Commercial department.

The role offers a broad and sophisticated commercial practice, with particular strength in intellectual property, including IP protection, licensing, commercialisation and enforcement, alongside IP considerations within corporate acquisitions and restructurings. You will also advise on a strong range of technology-focused matters, including SaaS, cloud, website and app development, hosting, AI, data licensing and digital media, as well as wider commercial contracts, consumer law, marketing and advertising.

The successful solicitor will have experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on contractual risk and delivering pragmatic, commercially focused solutions. A genuine interest in technology and IP work is important. This is a key hire for a highly regarded team, offering excellent training, long-term development and genuine scope for progression.
