A prestigious UK Top 100 law firm is seeking two experienced Risk and Best Practice Managers to join its expanding team. This is a pivotal role, central to maintaining the firm’s high standards of professionalism and regulatory compliance across all divisions.

You’ll be the go-to expert for complex risk and compliance matters, including professional standards, ethics, regulatory, data protection, and conflict of interest, amongst others. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll lead key projects, shape policy, and deliver bespoke training programmes firm-wide. Your insights will influence strategic decisions and uphold the integrity of the firm’s operations across all departments.

Candidates should bring extensive law firm compliance experience, strong legal knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
