I am working with a highly established firm in Hampshire, recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers for the strength of its commercial property offering. Their real estate practice is one of the largest in the region and more than holds its own against national competitors, providing exposure to complex, high-value matters across a broad client base.

This position is suited to a senior solicitor with strong knowledge and client-facing skills. Typical work will include acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, portfolio management, development projects, and secured lending, amongst others. The team also boasts a high-profile client base, spanning developers, investors, landowners, and commercial occupiers.
