I’m representing a long-established regional law firm with a strong track record across Sussex and the South Coast. Their commercial property department is a trusted name in the area, advising a diverse client base on leases, acquisitions, disposals, planning issues, and business financing. They’re now seeking a solicitor or legal executive with around 2–4 years PQE to take on a mix of substantial transactions and smaller, fast-moving matters.

This role offers real variety, good levels of responsibility, and the chance to build on, and develop strong local relationships while delivering work to a high standard.
