My client is a market-leading Southeast law firm that is looking to recruit a skilled commercial property lawyer to join its successful and growing practice. The team acts for a varied portfolio of clients across sectors, including retail, leisure, healthcare, finance, and corporate occupiers. You will be involved in a broad mix of work, including commercial landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending transactions, leases and development projects, amongst others.

In addition to handling your own matters, you will work closely with the partners on client development and marketing initiatives, helping to grow the department while establishing and nurturing your own client relationships.
