You’ll become part of a thriving department known for its outstanding client service and deep expertise, both regionally and nationally. Led by distinguished partners, the team handles high-profile matters on a wide range of business law solutions, including M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and much more. The teams also foster an environment where junior solicitors are given meaningful responsibility and direct client exposure.
