I am partnered with a highly respected Legal 500 firm to recruit an ambitious junior solicitor for their thriving Corporate & Commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward‑thinking department with a national client base, where you'll manage your own matters while learning directly from senior specialists.

You'll work across a broad mix of corporate transactions, including drafting and negotiating M&A documents, supporting clients preparing for sale, conducting due diligence, advising on structuring, and helping drive deals to completion.
